Resilient Human Coaching LLC, a Delaware limited liability company owned and operated by Antonio Cervantes with the support of certified naturopaths, mindset coaches, and wellness experts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides website features, access to services, and products to you when you visit www.resilienthumancoaching.com, use Resilient Human Coaching LLC services, or use software provided by Resilient Human Coaching LLC (collectively, "Resilient Human Coaching Services").

By accessing, using, subscribing, or placing an order on our Website, you and your business (including any sub-users you may have) agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Website in any manner or form whatsoever.

Resilient Human Coaching LLC provides mindfulness-based and transformational coaching services through our signature "Mindful Entrepreneur" program and related services, specifically designed for female entrepreneurs.

Our services include:

Mindful Entrepreneur Program: A comprehensive 10-week online coaching program via Thinkific platform

One-on-One Coaching: Individual sessions with certified mindfulness & breathwork coaches, naturopaths, and mindset coaches

Breathwork Sessions: Transformational breathing practices and techniques

Digital Resources: Workbooks, videos, audio content, and online materials

Community Access: Private online groups and forums via Thinkific platform

Educational Content: Webinars, workshops, and training materials

All services are delivered remotely via online platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. USER ACCOUNTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Account Creation and Information

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You warrant that:

• All information you provide is truthful and accurate

• You are not impersonating another person

• You will maintain accurate and current information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your password and account credentials

• All activities that occur under your account

• Not transferring your account access to any third party

3.3 Business Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You operate a business in good standing

• There are no prior or pending government investigations or prosecutions against you or your business

• You will only use our services for lawful purposes

• You will comply with all applicable laws in running your business

If any investigation or lawsuit is threatened or filed against you, you agree to notify Resilient Human Coaching LLC immediately, whereupon we shall have the right to terminate this Agreement without liability.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 Company Content Protection

All aspects of our Website are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, including:

• Logos, taglines, metatags, hashtags, photographic images

5. PAYMENT TERMS AND REFUND POLICY

5.1 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice

• Payment must be received before your order is accepted

5.2 Strict No-Refund Policy

RESILIENT HUMAN COACHING LLC HAS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY UNLESS EXPLICITLY STATED.

Intangible online items are not refundable unless explicitly stated. As our services are digital products, they are deemed "used" after being emailed, downloaded, and/or opened.

5.2.1 High-Ticket Coaching Programs

For our premium Mindful Entrepreneur coaching program and services over $1,000:

• STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY applies

• By purchasing, you permanently waive the right to seek any refund

• No refunds will be provided except under very limited conditional guarantee circumstances outlined in individual program agreements

5.2.2 Digital Products Under $500

For smaller digital products and resources:

• 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: You may request a refund within 14 days if not satisfied

• No refunds for downloaded content once access has been granted

5.2.3 Subscription Cancellations

• If you choose to stop using services before the end of your billing cycle, no refund will be provided
